Don Kennedy
President
Don Kennedy, President of ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati is a former Air Force officer and KC-135 pilot. Following his military service, Don brought his values of integrity, service and excellence to the home repair and remodeling business. This is an industry, he believes, in desperate need of reform. Don is a member of the Cincinnati Rotary Club and Christian Marketplace Network. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for The Global Mission. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his old Camaros. Email Don.

Chris “Steve” Stephens
Customer Service
Chris “Steve” Stephens is Director of Customer Service for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Franciscan University. Chris began his professional career working in ministry. He then spent seven years in both sales and customer service as a licensed insurance agent. After seven years, Chris was ready for a new challenge. He spent a year working for a professional development and sales training company, before coming to work for ProMaster. Chris believes that candor and being a good listener are key providing excellent customer service. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Email Chris.
Drew Spitzmueller
Professional Craftsman
Drew Sptizmueller is a Professional Craftsman for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Drew attended The Recording Workshop and received a degree in Electrical Sound Engineering and Music Production. Also, Drew attended the University of Cincinnati for the Criminal Justice Program. His previous places of employment include: Andelectric LTD, Lonestar Construction Inc., and HERVAS Remodeling LLC, Mastercraft Remodeling and Electric, and Building Wrights and Renovators. While at these jobs Drew filled the positions of electrician’s assistant, remodeling carpenter, and project manager. Drew resides in the greater Cincinnati area with his wife and son. Also, in his spare time he enjoys recording live music and mixing music as well. Email Drew
Brent Warndorf
Professional Craftsman
Brent Warndorf is a Professional Craftsman for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman Cincinnati. In May 1999, Brent graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Miami University. Brent has been in the carpentry work force since 1994. Previous to working for ProMaster, Brent held four long-term jobs. These companies include Evers Equipment Company Inc., Advance Building Products Inc., Jim Hauer Masonry Inc., and May Construction of Cincinnati Carpenter. These extensive experiences add to his professional quality. When not on the job site Brent enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and motorcycling and being a great dad. Email Brent
Mike Lacombe

Mike Lacombe is a Professional Craftsman for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Mike is originally from Montreal, Canada but after marrying a Cincinnati native in 2001 has made Ohio his home. Mike started his career in the trades as an aircraft assembler then moved into retail and hotel construction. Before joining ProMaster in 2009, Mike honed his skills in his own design build firm. In his spare time, Mike enjoys volunteering at his church and spending time with his wife and kids.Email Mike
Chip Miller
Professional Craftsman
Chip Miller is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Chip loves unique and challenging projects that require extensive troubleshooting and skill. Prior to joining ProMaster, Chip ran several of his own businesses for 10+ years. He is an avid marathon runner, love spending time with his family and hopes to live in Ireland some day.Email Chip
