Don Kennedy • President
Don Kennedy, President
Don Kennedy is a former Air Force officer and KC-135 pilot. Following his military service, Don brought his values of integrity, service and excellence to the home repair and remodeling business. This is an industry, he believes, in desperate need of reform. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for The Global Mission. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his old Camaros. More about Don…
Jan Rosselot • Operations Manager
Jan has been involved in home improvement projects all her life being the daughter of a cabinet maker. Some of the things Jan has done is hung dry wall, roofed a house, laid ceramic tile, and sweated joints. She understands home improvement and brings her knowledge and understanding of the industry to this position. Jan brings multiple years’ experience in customer service and managing home improvement companies and their crews.
Jan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spends many hours in volunteering positions in multiple organizations.
David Chwala • Praxis Marketing Intern
David has joined ProMaster as part of a nationwide internship program with Praxis. Although he graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in creative writing, he spent the last five years developing his business and marketing skills as a restaurant manager in Chicago. David joined Praxis thirsting for an opportunity to learn and experience more of the business world, and he found that opportunity with ProMaster. Though his mind is business-oriented, David finds the time to unwind with a good story every now and again, be it a book, movie, or video game. He is an anarcho-capitalist libertarian and loves any chance to defend his views.
Fred Weigand • Master Craftsman
Fred Weigand is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. With a lifetime of experience in the trades, Fred grew up honing his skills under the instruction his father, a master craftsman in the remodeling industry. In his time with ProMaster, Fred has developed a reputation as an expert problem solver with great attention to detail. Customers love his helpful, can-do attitude and his exceptional craftsmanship. A devoted family man, Fred loves spending time with his wife and three young children. He is a loyal Buckeyes fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Ben Benson • Professional Craftsman
Ben Benson is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Ben embodies what it means to be a “home repair hero.” He is a mission oriented problem solver with extensive experience building and repairing high-end custom homes. Joining ProMaster in March of 2011, Ben has become known for his commitment to rescue clients who are suffering from a home repair crisis. He has become one of the foremost repair experts in our company and customers often rave about his excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. When Ben isn’t repairing homes he is spending time with his kids and he is an avid outdoorsman.
Greg Carota • Professional Craftsman
Greg Carota is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Greg has an extensive background in the home building and construction industry where he rose to the ranks of a construction supervisor. He also ran his own home improvement company for 4 years out of his home town of Independence, KY. When Greg isn’t repairing and remodeling homes, you find him coaching baseball and basketball while spending time with his family.
Doug Hood • Professional Craftsman
Doug Hood is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. An ex-marine, Doug is a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph University with a degree in Psychology. He chose to continue his career in the building and remodeling trades because he loves working with his hands and not being tied to a desk. When Doug isn’t repairing homes, you’ll find him hunting or fishing with his wife and kids, or restoring old Jeeps.
Jamie Spencer • Professional Craftsman
Jamie Spencer is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. While Jamie originally began his career in counseling, his passion for woodworking and remodeling guided him into the trades. He loves building furniture and restoring historical homes. When he’s not at work, Jamie loves cheering on his Bengals or playing with his 2 dogs.
Ken Westlake • Craftsman
Ken Westlake is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Originally from Eagle Harbor, MI, Ken has an extensive breadth of experience in the trades to include welding, inspection, rehab and project management. His favorite projects are those that require difficult troubleshooting and creative problem-solving. When Ken isn’t fixing homes you’ll find him hiking, antique shopping or brushing up on his judo skills.
Stephen Brockhoff • Craftsman
Stephen Brockhoff is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Stephen started his career in the trades as a painter which makes him the go-to-guy for any painting project. He then spent a great deal of his career from there in various trade supply and retail industries before he decided to return to the field. When Stephen isn’t helping people care for their homes he enjoys woodworking, gardening, and cooking.
Jeremiah Mitchell • Craftsman
Jeremiah Mitchell is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Don’t let Jeremiah’s youth fool you–he’s one of the most talented young craftsmen we’ve ever seen. A graduate of the Scarlet Oaks trade school, Jeremiah got his start in construction and home repair early. He quickly completed his Apprenticeship with ProMaster and graduated to Craftsman in 2017. When Jeremiah isn’t fixing homes you’ll find him working on cars or spending time with his church group.
