  1. Not long ago, while I was taking a shower a large section of tile on the back wall came crashing into the tub. Some of the shards even cut my leg. Is this sort of thing common? Was there anything we could have done to prevent it from happening?

I have some stains that are showing up on the ceiling in my basement about were we have a bathroom above. My husband is pretty handy… but we're both wondering if we figure what the problem is without having to tear out the whole ceiling or even fixtures in the bathroom. By the way, thanks for your blog… we enjoy wathcing you videos.

  3. How often do I need to caulk around the bathtub?

  4. Is it possible to put speakers on the bathroom?

    Andrea-
I just posted a whole new article and video on the problem with your tile coming off the shower wall. Here is the link: https://www.mastermylist.com/bathrooms/prevent-expensive-tile-grout-repair/.

  6. In my shower/bath we have to fix the wall and tile. it is only about a 3-4 ft square area around the wall soap dish. I really dont want to have to replace all the tile and have found someone who can and will repair it…my question is what kind of design could we do in case I cannot match the tile exactly, and since it is just a beige color, looking for a tasteful design to use around the soap dish area that would look good.

      Nancy-
Design options are about limitless. My advice is to go to a specialty tile store like Daltile or Tile Shop. They have numerous displays all around the store that showcase the various types of designs that are possible.
