Seamless Box Gutter Liner – Durability Test Video

“The Best” Seamless Box Gutter Liner

How many companies tell you that their product or service is “the best” in the business?

Pretty much all of them. But as a customer, you know better. Everyone can’t possibly be “the best,” and some companies seem to believe that just by claiming to be the best, they are.

Well, instead of just telling you our seamless box gutter liner is the best option out there, we decided to show you.

Watch our video below to see if our heat welded box gutter seam can hold against 2 Super Duty Turbo-diesels trying to pull it apart. That’s 440hp/860lb-ft torque from both ends!

Even we were surprised by how that tug-of-war turned out!

Not only did our seamless box gutter liner hold, it forced our pick-ups to burnout and almost ripped the grille guard off! If our box gutter liner can withstand that much power, it can hold up to anything your gutters will throw at it!

More than Just Durable

So we’ve proved that our seamless box gutter liner is tough, but it’s also much more than that.

Whichever way you look at it, our seamless box gutter liner is simply better than the competition. It’s tougher, we know that; it requires practically ZERO maintenance; it costs less than its metal counterparts; and we have several colors available to match the rest of your home.

  • Maintenance Free
  • Easily Repaired if Damaged
  • More Affordable than Metal
  • Different Color Options Available
  • No Seams = No Leaks
  • Permanent Solution

Only From ProMaster Home Repair

There’s a reason no other repair company in Cincinnati offers this seamless box gutter solution…

…Our craftsmen came up with it.

More accurately, our craftsmen came up with the unique heat welding and installation methods that enable us using the durable PVC membrane as an effective box gutter liner. This allows us to cut and shape the liner in order to fit any box gutter.

Until ProMaster came around, the process of repairing box gutters hadn’t evolved in decades. If you wanted to retain your home’s antiquity and/or original construction, relining and reconstruction were typically your only two options.

Relining vs. Reconstruction

Reconstruction is extensive and expensive, requiring a company and craftsmen that are skilled in box gutter construction. Needless to say, since box gutters aren’t a modern architectural feature, these sorts of experts are few and far between, and definitely not cheap!

box-gutter-liner-seam-promaster-cincinnati That’s why most homeowners repair their box gutters by relining them. This is a perfectly viable repair, but the material used in relining is extremely important because most materials involve using seams. These seams are where many box gutter problems originate.

  1. What mil PVC do you use in your box gutter installs? No gluing, just mechanical fastening?

Oh and I’m surprised the Ford trucks could break the welded liner at all. Good video.

    • Jacob Addison says

The PVC product is a 50 Mil liner. It is heat welded together and fastened to the gutter with no glueing.
