Meet the Home Repair Heroes of ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. One of the key differences at ProMaster is that our craftsmen are employees, not subcontractors. Hence, we know our each other well and can ensure you will feel comfortable inviting any of us into your home.
Don Kennedy – President
Don Kennedy is a former Air Force officer and KC-135 pilot. Following his military service, Don brought his values of integrity, service and excellence to the home repair and remodeling business. This is an industry, he believes, in desperate need of reform. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for The Global Mission. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his old Camaros and Oldsmobiles. More about Don…
Bryan Bell – General Manager
Bryan Bell is the General Manager for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Bryan began his time at ProMaster as a craftsman before transitioning to his role as General Manager full-time. A native of Davison, MI, Bryan spent most of his career in ministry. Bryan’s interest in carpentry and hobby wood working brought him to ProMaster in 2021. When Bryan isn’t working he enjoys watching the Bengals and Michigan football and basketball (we don’t hold it against him) with his family in Loveland.
Simone Gallerno – Marketing Developer
Simone is ProMaster’s Marketing Developer and came to us after years of working on campaigns for Construction and Hardware companies. She attended school in Columbus and moved to Cincinnati in 2024. Outside of work she enjoys fitness and spending time with with her boyfriend training their dogs.
Thomas Kennedy – Marketing Intern
Thomas Kennedy is a Marketing Intern with ProMaster Home Repair. Currently a senior in high school, he is an avid tennis player and interested in pursuing a career in Industrial Psychology. He recently committed to play NCAA Division 3 tennis and peruse a degree in Psychology next year at Anderson University in Indiana.
Adam Crowell – Master Craftsman, Owner
Adam Crowell is a Master Craftsman and Owner with ProMaster Home Repair. Adam obtained his BFA in Technical and Theater Design from the University of Cincinnati. It was through the design and building of stages and props that Adam developed his love for, and expertise in carpentry. As he branched out into other trades he naturally became interested in applying those skills to the diverse challenges of home repair and remodeling. He chose ProMaster because of the awesome team of people and ethical work environment. When Adam isn’t working you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, cheering on any hometown sports team, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Fred Weigand – Master Craftsman
Fred Weigand is a Master Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. With a lifetime of experience in the trades, Fred grew up honing his skills under the instruction his father, a master craftsman in the remodeling industry. In his time with ProMaster, Fred has developed a reputation as an expert problem solver with great attention to detail. Customers love his helpful, can-do attitude and his exceptional craftsmanship. A devoted family man, Fred loves spending time with his wife and three young children. He is a loyal Buckeyes fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Jeff Perin – Professional Craftsman
Jeff Perin is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Despite growing up in Michigan, Jeff is a lifelong Ohio State Buckeye fan! He started his career as an electronic technician but quickly developed a love for construction and remodeling. Prior to joining ProMaster, Jeff ran his own remodeling and handyman business for 7 years, where he focused on deck and porch work. When Jeff isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him doing something with his six children or watching sports.
Nate Rodgers – Craftsman
Nate Rodgers is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Athens, Ohio, Nate grew up in his family’s construction business where he did everything from landscaping to building hockey arenas. His favorite projects involve carpentry and drywall. When Nate is building or repairing homes, you’ll find him playing with his dog or watching hockey.
Mark Yinger – Craftsman
Mark Yinger is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Originally from Springfield, Ohio, Mark developed his skills working in his family carpentry business. Hen then spent almost 15 years in industrial maintenance before joining the Home Repair Heroes. When Mark isn’t troubleshooting problems on homes, you’ll find him working on his hobby farm alongside his wife and five children.
Dale Carpenter – Craftsman
Dale Carpenter is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Mason, Ohio, Dale began his career in the trades as an excavator and then transitioned into automotive repair. His passion for building and repairing things led him into property maintenance, where he spent 10 years honing his skills before becoming a Home Repair Hero with ProMaster. When Dale isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him spending time with his family and church or performing volunteer disaster relief and building projects.
Matt Berling – Craftsman
Matt Berling is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Norther Kentucky, Matt has an extensive background in metal fabrication and the construction trades. He ran his own remodeling business for over 5 years before joining the Home Repair Heroes in 2024. Decks are Matt’s favorite project, but he also loves to troubleshoot tough electrical and plumbing issues. When Matt isn’t building things, you’ll find him working on old cars, shooting and riding ATVs with his friends and family.
Kasey Montgomery – Craftsman
Kasey Montgomery is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Bethel, Ohio, Kasey grew up around construction while working in her father’s excavation company. She quickly developed a love for remodeling and ran her own company for 7 years before joining ProMaster. Her favorite projects involve remodeling kitchens and bathrooms and her favorite tasks involve tile setting, plumbing, electrical and painting. When Kasey isn’t repairing or remodeling homes, you’ll find her riding ATVs, shooting, or spending time with her daughter and many pets.
James Bontadelli – Craftsman
James Bontadelli is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Sacramento, CA, James and his wife settled in the Northern Kentucky area in 2024 because they believed it to be the best place to raise a family. If it involves residential construction … James has done it. From building foundations and framing homes, to remodeling kitchens and repairing decks, James has seen it all. When he isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him coaching his kids’ sports and watching football.
Jarod Marteney – Craftsman
Jarod Marteney is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Jarod grew up working alongside his father doing many home repair and remodeling projects. He started his career in the trades by becoming a welder and brick mason. Jarod’s love for remodeling drew him to ProMaster in 2024, where he has become a fantastic apprentice for our craftsmen.
Gabe Perin – Craftsman
Gabe Perin is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Originally from Columbus, OH, Gabe grew up working with his father in his remodeling business. Hence, he has an unusually high skillset for such a young man. His favorite projects involve anything that requires woodworking, especially if it allows him to showcase his exceptional finish work. When Gabe isn’t doing home repair projects, you’ll find him watching football, playing video games with his friends, or hanging out with his family.
Alejandro Lopez – Craftsman
Alejandro Lopez is an Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. After graduating from Scarlet Oaks Trade School in Sharonville, Ohio, Alejandro spent several years working in the trade supply and warehousing industry. His love for building and repairing homes led him to ProMaster in 2023. Known for his positive attitude and infectious smile, Alejandro has proven to be one of the kindest, hardest working, brilliant apprentices the company has even had. When Alejandro isn’t repairing or remodeling homes, he loves to play soccer, spend time with his family and travel to theme parks
Brandon Smith – Craftsman
Brandon Smith is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Fairfield, Ohio, Brandon served in the US Army, where he developed a passion for building and repairing just about anything. Upon returning to civilian life, he spent much of his career as a custom carpenter and painter, eventually running his own business. When Brandon isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him spending time with his 2 kids, fishing or cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals.
Rico Cheatham – Craftsman Apprentice
Rico Cheatham is a Craftsman Apprentice with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Rico settled down with his family in Northern Kentucky over 15 years ago. While running his own remodeling firm, Rico honed his project management skills and developed a passion for excellent customer service-making him a perfect fit for our team of Home Repair Heroes. When Rico isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him recording music (he is a national recording artist) or spending time with his wife and 6 children.
