Don Kennedy - President
Don Kennedy is a former Air Force officer and KC-135 pilot. Following his military service, Don brought his values of integrity, service and excellence to the home repair and remodeling business. This is an industry, he believes, in desperate need of reform. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for The Global Mission.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his old Camaros. More about Don...
Jan Rosselot - Operations Manager
Jan has been involved in home improvement projects all her life being the daughter of a cabinet maker. Jan has done everything from hanging dry wall to roofing a house, to laying ceramic tile and sweating joints. She understands home improvement and brings her knowledge and understanding of the industry to this position. Jan brings multiple years’ experience in customer service and managing home improvement companies and their crews.
Jan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spends many hours in volunteering positions in multiple organizations.
Bryan Bell - General Manager
Bryan Bell is the General Manager for ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Bryan began his time at ProMaster as a craftsman before transitioning to his role as General Manager full-time. A native of Davison, MI, Bryan spent most of his career in ministry. Bryan’s interest in carpentry and hobby wood working brought him to ProMaster in 2021. When Bryan isn’t working he enjoys watching the Bengals and Michigan football and basketball (we don’t hold it against him) with his family in Loveland.
John Thomas - Director of Marketing
John Thomas oversees all the marketing and creative efforts for ProMaster. An eastern North Carolina native, John joined ProMaster in 2022 and transitioned out of a career in sports broadcasting and marketing. John's background in media and journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill sparked a passion for communicating clearly, effectively, and creatively, skills which will bolster the customer experience with ProMaster. Unsurprisingly, he enjoys watching sports, particularly Tar Heel basketball, though he's excited to transfer his NFL allegiance to the Bengals. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, reading, trying new recipes, and hiking.
Fred Weigand - Master Craftsman
Fred Weigand is a Master Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. With a lifetime of experience in the trades, Fred grew up honing his skills under the instruction his father, a master craftsman in the remodeling industry. In his time with ProMaster, Fred has developed a reputation as an expert problem solver with great attention to detail. Customers love his helpful, can-do attitude and his exceptional craftsmanship. A devoted family man, Fred loves spending time with his wife and three young children. He is a loyal Buckeyes fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Adam Crowell - Master Craftsman
Adam Crowell is a Master Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Adam obtained his BFA in Technical and Theater Design from the University of Cincinnati. It was through the design and building of stages and props that Adam developed his love for, and expertise in carpentry. As he branched out into other trades he naturally became interested in applying those skills to the diverse challenges of home repair and remodeling. He chose ProMaster because of the awesome team of people and ethical work environment. When Adam isn't working you'll find him enjoying the outdoors, cheering on any hometown sports team, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Chris Snook - Professional Craftsman
Chris Snook is a Professional Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. A native of Hillsboro, Ohio, Chris entered the home repair trade as a property maintenance technician and worked his way up to become a team leader. After a stint in the automotive vinyl wrap industry, Chris returned to his passion of fixing homes by joining the Home Repair Heroes in 2020. Chris' favorite projects involve painting and repairing hardwood floors. When he isn't working, you'll find Chris cheering on the UK Wildcats or exploring nature on an ATV.
Logan Buck - Craftsman
Logan Buck is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Logan's desire to troubleshoot and fix problems started with his completion of a chemical engineering degree. However, after several years working as an engineer, he wanted a more "hands-on" career. Logan’s college roommate, Adam Crowell, was having so much fun and success working at ProMaster, that Logan decided to join us in 2021. When Logan isn't fixing homes, he loves to go on backpacking adventures with his wife and friends.
Will Compres - Craftsman
Will Compres is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. A graduate of Reading High School in Cincinnati, Will began his career in the trades with a concrete contractor. He quickly rose to become a foreman and job lead. In order to broaden his skill set, Will joined ProMaster with an endless list of home repair challenges. When Will isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him spending time with his family or racing radio controlled cars.
Sean Moniz - Craftsman
Sean Moniz is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. A native of Chaparral, WV, Sean began his career in the automotive repair trades. He quickly discovered that he loved working on homes more than cars, so transitioned to the handyman business. After rising to the ranks of a crew supervisor, he started his own business and became a high-end remodeler. After moving to Cincinnati to be closer to family, Sean joined ProMaster to continue his career remodeling and repairing homes. In his spare time, Sean loves to camp, hunt, fish, shoot and do custom woodworking.
Matt Walkenhorst - Craftsman
Matt Walkenhorst is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Matt joined the Home Repair Heroes to build upon his extensive skillset in facility and industrial maintenance. He loves troubleshooting and understanding repairs, making him a perfect fit for our team of problem-solvers. When Matt isn’t on the job, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and three boys. He is also currently finishing his Master’s of Divinity, which ties in nicely with one of his favorite hobbies: looking through book stores and reading old books.
Dale Carpenter - Craftsman
Dale Carpenter is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Mason, Ohio, Dale began his career in the trades as an excavator and then transitioned into automotive repair. His passion for building and repairing things led him into property maintenance, where he spent 10 years honing his skills before becoming a Home Repair Hero with ProMaster. When Dale isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him spending time with his family and church or performing volunteer disaster relief and building projects.
Andrew Hall - Craftsman
Originally from Nashville, TN, Andrew completed a Theology Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and served as a youth pastor for several years before entering the trades. Before joining ProMaster Home Repair in 2021, he remodeled bathrooms and ran his own handyman business. When Andrew isn’t fixing homes or spending time with his family, you’ll find him working on old cars and motorcycles, playing softball, or building furniture.
Matt Maroni - Craftsman
Matt Maroni is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati. Matt started his career as a Network Engineer. Looking for a change and to be hands on with his interest in woodworking, he joined ProMaster in the summer of 2021.
Zach Flynn - Craftsman
Zach Flynn is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. Prior to joining the Home Repair Heroes, Zach worked with a master craftsman in the bathroom remodeling industry. All the challenges of remodeling honed his skill sets in drywall, painting, electrical, and more, making him a great fit with the multi-disciplined ProMaster craftsmen. When Zach isn’t repairing homes, you’ll find him playing the drums, disc golf, or hanging out with his dog.
Ryan Mcgraw - Craftsman
Ryan Mcgraw is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. He joined ProMaster in 2023 after several decades of experience running his own company and carries special expertise in carpentry work into his new role with the Home Repair Heroes.
Scott Smith - Craftsman
Scott Smith is a Craftsman with ProMaster Home Repair. A native of Colerain, Scott jumped into the trades early on—working in everything from landscape to construction. He loves to build large complex projects, especially decks and retaining walls. When Scott isn’t building things, you’ll find spending time with his 4 kids and numerous pets… especially if it involves any activities outdoors.
Dustin Zamora - Craftsman Apprentice
Dustin joined the ProMaster team in spring 2022 as a career change after working as an English Professor at Northern Kentucky University. Dustin has a long-standing interest in woodworking and helped his dad repair rental properties for many years and even built a jewelry cabinet as part of his proposal to his wife. Outside of work, you will find Dustin hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, young son, and dog. Just don’t bother him on Sundays during Bengals games.
Anthony Stronz - Craftsman Apprentice
Anthony Stronz is a Craftsman Apprentice with ProMaster Home Repair. Originally from Rootstown, Ohio, Anthony grew up with a passion for the outdoors. From hunting and fishing, to farming and kayaking … if it involves the outdoors … Anthony loves it. As a US Army veteran and K-9 handler, he developed a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail which has serves him well in the trades. His favorite projects involve building or repairing decks and patios, or solving tough water drainage problems. When Anthony isn’t fixing homes, you’ll find him caring for his 20+ animals and studying to complete his degree in Project Management.
Jesse Sallmen - Craftsman Apprentice
