Here is a recent photo of an actual client who neglected gutter maintenance for so long, that the decomposed debris formed a sufficient amount of soil to support a natural tree and weed garden. Needless to say, these gutters weren’t performing their job at keeping water away from the home. Clogged, failed, leaking, or poorly maintained gutters are one of the most common causes of costly water damage that we see in our business. Be sure to keep those gutters clean!
