Important Information About Booking with ProMaster

ProMaster has a standard service call charge of $79 for the time and travel cost to get a Home Repair Hero to your property. We can diagnose a problem and complete multiple project estimates for that fee of $79. When you invite us back to perform that repair or project, no additional service charges apply.

With this system, you know that a professional, background-checked, multi-skilled craftsman who isn't a subcontractor or salesman, will show up on time, and give you an accurate estimate.

Use any of the methods above to contact our office to schedule an evaluation with one of our craftsmen. Once you confirm your evaluation date and time, you will receive emails with more information about your craftsman and our company. Your craftsman will call you before the day of your meeting to introduce himself and answer any questions you might have.

I believe this practice is not ultimately in the best interest of the consumer.  Companies offering "free" estimates must sneak the cost of their estimate into the back-end of a project for those who end up hiring them. I believe it is unfair to tell someone they are getting something for free while making them pay for both their estimate, AND those estimates for folks who never get any work done. Hence, I fashioned a better system, even though it may not be a fit for everyone, and that is OK.  With ProMaster, our clients know every dollar they spend is going toward excellent service and craftsmanship."
